Generally, we propose one or more professionals matching your needs within 24 to 72 business hours. This timeframe may vary depending on the specificity of needs and availability of professionals in your area.
We offer both options according to your preferences and those of the professional. Many of our services can be done via teleconference, which is convenient for remote families or those with busy schedules. In-person meetings are also possible depending on location.
Rates vary depending on the type of professional and the nature of services required. During the matching process, we provide you with a clear cost estimate. Some private insurance or government programs may cover some of the costs — we can guide you on this.
You can modify or cancel an appointment directly through your Humanivia parent portal, or by contacting us by email or phone. We ask for 48 hours notice for any cancellation to allow the professional to reorganize their schedule.
